Booking Terms & Conditions
Reservation Fee
When making a booking, you are securing a specific time slot for your appointment, not paying for the service itself.
The paid reservation fee will be deducted from the total cost of the service upon its completion.
Refund Policy
- In the event of a no-show, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
- If the appointment is canceled less than 4 hours in advance, the fee will not be refunded.
- If the appointment is rescheduled less than 4 hours in advance, the fee is non-refundable.
- If the appointment is rescheduled more than 4 hours in advance, the fee will be retained and applied to your new appointment date.
